Hartzell Composite Certified
Composite material blades are a remarkable technological innovation used in many high-end aircraft propellers and turbines. They reduce weight load to help increase fuel efficiency and engine performance while maintaining a longer average operational life over traditional aluminum blades. Not all shops have the expertise or equipment to work on these top-tier products. We have been certified by Hartzell to work on their composite material blades and turbines. Don't send your high-end composites to just anyone! We are qualified and prepared to handle your needs!
Propeller Overhaul
Moisture, debris, normal wear and tear—or the unfortunate prop strike—can do a number on your propeller. Regular inspections and proper maintenance can significantly extend your propeller's life, saving you money in the long-run. Our skilled technicians will refurbish your propeller to like-new conditions: overhaul the blades and hub, replace worn parts, and repaint to factory standards. All overhauls adhere to FAA and manufacturer specifications.

Propeller Repairs & Reseals
We can reseal or repair your propeller on an as-needed basis. While replacing worn-out seals, we will conduct a complete visual inspection of your prop, diagnose all safety and performance issues, and advise you on the best course of action. Dynamic Balancing
Balancing your aircraft propeller increases the life of your engine, improves performance, reduces vibration and saves maintenance dollars. Our experienced technicians will generally reduce your propeller’s vibration to half the acceptable .14 IPS limit.
